Scottish Courage, Tadcaster

Client: Miller Construction
Services Provided: Civil & Structural

Following careful examination for the requirements for bottling in the future, Scottish Courage Brewing Limited proposed a new bottling facility on the existing John Smith’s Brewery Site at Tadcaster.

The decision to choose Tadcaster, was taken after consideration of factors including product quality, service, cost and proximity to the breweries new regional distribution centre in Wakefield and the benefit of the already available necessary supporting services in place at Tadcaster.

The facility, when in full operation, will be capable of producing 100,000 bottled products per hour, 362 days a year. The £10m scheme was with Miller Construction.
