Over the past 35 years we have worked on many refurbishment projects and our ethos on these sites is to approach the existing building as a resource rather than a problem and to re-use as much of the available materials as we possibly can.

Our aim is to provide structural solutions that are either hidden or totally in keeping with the period of the property ensuring that the historical and evidential value of the building can be retained for future generations to enjoy.

At the same time, we recognise that it is often important to be honest about new additions and we will work with the architect to ensure that the final designs meet both structural and aesthetic requirements.
